Hell Blues Festival was started in 1992 by a group of entusiastic Blues musicians located in Hell and it's surroundings. The festival was normally held in the start of september, and was devided in two parts. The Friday of the festival weekend, was dedicated to Classic Rock with club sceens at the local Pubs around the town, and on Saturday there were Blues only at the Rica Hotel. The festival keept its name until 2006 after several complains that this was not a pure Blues festival. They then changed the name to Hell Music festival, and also moved the festival to the summer months, hoping to attact more people.
